ASPHALTECH ™

AsphalTech is polymer modified bitumen emulsion. It is mixed and applied as a cold mix, using standard paving equipment. Furthermore, AsphalTech can be applied manually or by hand, where job and employment creation is important. AsphalTech binder properties can reduce rutting, raveling, thermal cracking and stripping in the mix, as well as increase the durability and fatigue life.

DUST-TECH ™

Dust-Tech polymer is a transparent liquid plastic with a particle size of 10 micron. Dust-Tech is mixed with water and applied over the allocated area where dust is most prevalent. Once cured the polymer dust suppressant will bind and seal the top 5 to 30mm of the material. Dust-Tech is a multi-purpose product that can be applied to haul roads, tailings, fly-ash stock piles and rural roads.

ClearTech polymer binders were purposely developed for aesthetics purposes in sealing and creating a wearing course for surfaces that require a natural look, but without dust. ClearTech will bind any non-plastic materials, such as crusher sand or river sand into a hard wearing course seal – normally 10 – 20mm thick.
